At BAIXA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
